I've spent a few decades helping hundreds of highly driven people tap into their strengths in order to overcome challenges and thrive in relationships, careers, and lives.  My background as a former high school athlete (Football, Tennis, & Wrestling) provides a frame for bringing out the best in competitive men, women, and people.
