We all get stuck, feel anxious, overwhelmed, and down. It is very easy to lose track of our best parts: our values, our resources, our strengths. Working with me gives you the safe space to check in and make real changes to meet your goals and live more meaningfully.
I'm a Strength Focused, Positive Psychologist, who listens actively, collaborates deeply, and cultivates strengths to help clients live, work, and love to their best potentials. I know that real changes and personal growth happens when we feel accepted for who we are rather then when we are simply seen as a cluster of things that are going wrong in our lives and minds.
I work with professionals, adults, and couples going through life transitions who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties, career changes, parenthood adjustment issues, and many other challenges. A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to my specializations in work-life balance, sleep restoration, and stress management among men, women, and couples going through common challenges of modern adulthood including premarital planning, pregnancy, loss, and the many challenges of being a parent.
